What To Expect

An initial visit typically lasts between 45 minutes to an hour. This includes a thorough consultation, examination, and often an initial treatment.
You will be asked about your medical history, any current symptoms or pain, lifestyle habits, and any previous injuries or treatments. The chiropractor will also ask about your goals for seeking chiropractic care.
Please bring any relevant medical records, a list of current medications, your insurance information, and a form of ID. If you have had any recent X-rays or MRI scans, bring those as well
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to your chiropractic visit. It's important to wear something that allows easy movement and provides access to the areas that may need to be examined or treated, such as your back, neck, and shoulders. Avoid wearing tight or restrictive clothing, belts, or heavy jewelry. If you are coming from work or another event, you might want to bring a change of clothes to ensure you feel comfortable during your visit.
